Set on a college campus where a string of mysterious murders have occurred, leaving the local police baffled. Unbeknownst to them, the killer happens to be the innocent-looking and highly-fashionable Barbera.

- The killer is described as a cross between Paris Hilton and Hannibal Lecter.
- Writer Paco Cabezas also writes and directs The Appeared.
- Originally titled Barbykiller.
