Premise:

A young woman, Marnie Watson, is granted early release from her prison sentence for manslaughter (killing her husband – a violent NYC cop – in self defense) on condition she wear an electronic ankle bracelet and remain within her home, effectively under house arrest, for the remainder of her sentence. Her late husband’s partner keeps tabs on her from a patrol car parked across the street, hoping she’ll violate probation and he can send her back to prison. But the 100-foot radius her ankle bracelet allows isn’t the worst of her problems. Her dead husband –now a malevolent ghost–is still in the house, where he died — intent on savage revenge.

Premise:

Premise:

The tale of a scientist gone mad, the film documents the ghastly results and unexpected consequences of one man's misguided intentions. Her head is swiftly taken to his proverbial basement laboratory, where he manages to miraculously keep it alive in a liquid-filled baking tray connected to an array of simple clamps and telephone wires. But things go truly haywire when Dr. Cortner has to locate a suitable body for his ungrateful betrothed cranium, who is communicating via telepathy with another of the laboratory's residents (a heinous experimental mutant) to plot the doctor's demise.

Premise:

Teenage Zombies, a quasi sci-fi horror film with loose political undertones, is a must-see for fans of clumsy B-movies. Premise:

Premise:

White Zombie, a classic American horror film starring the infamous Bela Lugosi, was the first film to feature zombies - a popular subject for the next 40 years. The storyline follows the plight of a guileless young American couple, Neil and Madeline, who are convinced by their mysterious friend, Monsieur Beaumont, to come to his mansion in Haiti to get married. Their tropical destination turns out to be an eerie quagmire of perpetual darkness, hollow-eyed zombies and degenerate characters unhinged with desire for the beautiful young Madeline. When Beaumont enlists the notorious Legender (Bela Lugosi) to use his dark magic so that he can gain control over Madeline, things go from spooky to bone-chilling. Homicidal Premise:

Miriam Webster is happy when her half brother Warren and their childhood nanny Helga, now partly paralyzed and unable to speak, return to the United States after a lengthy stay in Europe. Warren will soon turn 21 and will inherit their father's $10 million estate and although she will get nothing - their father's will specified that only a male heir could inherit - she's happy in her circumstances. One person she doesn't like however is Emily who came with Warren and Helga from Europe and now lives with them as a housekeeper/companion. Miriam has good reason not to like her as she seems to be a homicidal maniac. What Miriam doesn't realize is that there is method behind Emily's madness and a deep family secret that she is not privy to.

Sir Robert Cargrave is an eminent surgeon who has developed a new technique for muscle relaxation. He is summoned by his one-time love, Maude, who is now married to Baron Sardonicus. When he arrives, he finds villagers who live in fear. The Baron is strange man, not the least because he covers his face with a mask. Eventually, he tells Sir Robert the story of how he acquired his current affliction - his face is is frozen and hideously disfigured. Despite Sir Robert's best efforts, he can't return his face to normal. The Baron however forces him to keep trying, threatening to harm Maude if he refuses.

The Tingler Premise:

The coroner and scientist Dr. Warren Chapin is researching the shivering effect of fear with his assistant David Morris. Dr. Warren is introduced to Ollie Higgins, the relative of a criminal sentenced to the electric chair, while making the autopsy of the corpse, and he makes a comment about the tingler-effect to him. Ollie asks for a lift to Dr. Warner, and introduces his deaf-mute wife Martha Higgins, who manages a theater of their own. Dr. Warner returns home, where he lives with his unfaithful and evil wife Isabel Stevens Chapin and her sweet sister Lucy Stevens. Dr. Warner, upset with the situation with his wife, threatens and uses her as a subject of his experiment. When Martha dies of fear, Dr. Warner makes her autopsy and finds a creature that lives inside every human being, feeds with fear and is controlled by the scream. Once Martha was not able to scream, the tingler was not rendered harmless and became enormous. When the living being escapes, Dr. Warner and Ollie chase it in a crowded movie theater.

Zotz! Premise:

Tom Posten finds the ZOTZ! coin, and discovers its awesome powers. He attempts to make the secret available to the US government, but is brushed off as a lunatic. Tom has some fun with the power of Zotz. The discovery becomes the interest of foreign agents, who attempt to steal the secret any way they can. Tom is captured, then escapes and is pursued. At the conclusion the coin is lost, our government realizes its error, and at the end of the movie is engaged in a massive search for the coin.

Premise:

Something happens to a bus transporting the country’s worst murderers to a high security prison, which leads the prisoners to escape. Unbeknownst to them, the wooden territory that they’re attempting to traverse through is inhabited by the infamous inbred family from the previous films.
