It looks like the rumor from the last update has finally been proven true, now with Drew Hancock (Companion) scripting. BoulderLight Pictures, the company behind Companion and Zach Cregger’s Barbarian and Weapons is producing. Not much else has been revealed as the project is still in the early development stages. This project is currently rumored to be in development, as nothing official has been released. This rumor comes from an industry insider named Daniel Richtman, who revealed the info via his Patreon. At the moment nothing else has been revealed, but if this proves true we will likely hear something more official sometime soon. (12/29/23)
Original director Robert Rodriguez is said to be producing.
This is a remake of the 1998 film with the same name.
