This project is simply "in talks" at the moment, as nothing official has been revealed, but there are apparently rumblings behind the scenes of a possible sequel. (11/30/21)
Star Annabelle Wallis briefly revealed that sequel talks are indeed happening, saying: "We have. There's plenty of ideas swirling around. We were very, very flattered by the reception and I think taken aback by the reception. So yeah, there's lots of conversations happening."
This is a potential sequel to 2021's Malignant, written and directed by James Wan.
