A nightmare involving a maniac killer in a baby mask serves as inspiration for horror screenwriter Adam Lewis's new script. As more nightmares, visions, and real life terror begin to challenge Adam's sanity, he finds himself in a desperate struggle to control his writing, his reality, and who will be Big Baby's next victim.

Director Spider One was quoted saying: "My goal for Big Baby was to turn the slasher genre inside out…to craft a meta script about creation and those creations coming to life. It’s a terrifying premise centered around a writer desperately trying to control the narrative of his script and his life, which of course proves to be an impossible task with deadly consequences."
Pop artist Cher is said to be executive producer.
Written/directed by Spider One (Allegoria, Bury the Bride). Spider One is best known as a singer/songwriter and the founder of the rock band Powerman 5000. He is also the younger brother of rocker Rob Zombie.
