No official plot yet, but the story is said to feature "several new human characters alongside the beloved and iconic Titans Godzilla and Kong as they face off against a cataclysmic world-ending threat."

Delroy Lindo has joined the cast as the boss of Kaitlyn Dever's character at Monarch "the shady scientific organization that sometimes helps, sometimes hunts the titanic creatures."
Dan Stevens returns as "Trapper."
Directed by Grant Sputore (I Am Mother).
Written by Dave Callaham (The Expendables, Godzilla, Zombieland: Double Tap, Mortal Kombat, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse).
The current title Godzilla x Kong Sequel is temporary and will change as the project progresses.
This is a sequel to 2024's Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.
