Good place to buy DV-R movies from?
I used to buy from a guy named Adam who ran his own DV-R converting company called "Screamatorium DVD". However, he quit making quality DV-R transfers of otherwise unavailable horror films and closed down Screamatorium earlier this year.

So...I'm having a helluva time trying to find somebody or somewhere that offers quality DV-Rs of VHS horror films. Oddities like the films: 555, The Abomination, Spine, Sledgehammer, etc.

I was really impressed with Adam @ Screamatorium because all his films shipped with the original VHS artwork on the DVD case, and the DVD itself has artwork on it as well. To top it off, he created interactive menus which had each film's theme song playing in the background. Sad to see him go!

So what's your recommendations???

Well obviously I'd just do that if I had the tapes. DUH.

Not to mention, half my VHS tapes don't even work anymore. Last time I played Rocktober Blood, it killed my VHS player. It was like a suicide bombing. lol.

And yeah, I know Slayer has the rights to Sledgehammer. I have a really nice transfer of Sledgehammer already, but I was merely using it as an example.
