Director Chard Darnell briefly offered fans an update on the project via a tiktok video here. In it he states that the film is still being held up in one of many lawsuits against the film's producer. (9/18/24)

This movie has been completed since 2020, but has failed to find proper distribution due to the various lawsuits against the film's producer David Brown of Clear Horizons. You can read more on that here.
