A lonely Frankenstein travels to 1930s Chicago to seek the aide of a Dr. Euphronius in creating a companion for himself. The two reinvigorate a murdered young woman and the Bride is born. She is beyond what either of them intended, igniting a combustible romance, the attention of the police and a wild and radical social movement.

Officially, this film is currently untitled and is using The Bride as a temporary title at the moment.
Penelope Cruz plays "the Bride."
Christian Bale plays "Frankenstein's Monster."
Peter Sarsgaard plays a detective in the film.
No relation to Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein or the other Bride of Frankenstein project from writer David Koepp.
This is a remake of the classic 1935 film, Bride of Frankenstein.
